Holiday Hours?
We will be closed between Dec 25th thru Jan 3rd to give our amazing staff a much deserved break. If you order online during that time, we will ship it out the week of Jan 4th. 
Do you deliver?

Yes, we ship nationwide. For local delivery we use Grubhub and Doordash.  We may be able to deliver in Orange County (with a $100 min order) for an additional charge. Delivery fee depends on the distance and availability. Please contact us at (714) 968-9169 and we can provide you with an estimate to possibly schedule the delivery.

Do you make sugar-free products?

Sorry we do not at this time.  Our main sweetener is evaporated cane sugar.

Do you ship cakes?

Yes, we do ship cakes. Please click here. These cakes are a single tier (2 layers of cake and one layer of filling). There is a 2-D custom decorative flat topper. Please note that there are NO changes, cancelations, returns or refunds for shipped cakes, no exceptions. If you want to sample our product we recommend that you purchase an Easy cake ahead of time. 

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship several products (cookies, bread, brownies, and cakes) within the USA. We do not ship to post office boxes or overseas. We ship out Tuesday through Saturday, mostly with Fed-ex and UPS.  If you order online by Sunday, we can usually ship it out by Wednesday. Shipped cakes require more time, and need to be ordered at least 5 days ahead.

Do your products contain corn?

We do not use corn flour at the bakery, but there is a small amount of cornstarch in the non-gmo baking powder and in the powdered sugar.

How much notice to order a cake?

We need 48 hours notice for a cake or large (more than 2 dozen) cupcake order. We need at least 5 days notice for a shipped cake. Special requests may require more notice.

Is everything gluten-free and nut-free?

Yes, everything we make is free of gluten, peanuts and treenuts (coconut, almonds, cashews, etc).

Is everything Vegan?

All of our cupcakes, cookies, brownies, bars, and cakes are Vegan.  However we make a non-Vegan empanada on Saturdays.  During November we make some pies with eggs. We are extremely careful to avoid cross contamination. We separate the egg products during production and do thorough cleaning of the equipment. My son is anaphylactic to eggs, so I take this very seriously.

What do I do if I didn't receive my package or it arrived really late?

Please contact Fedex or UPS immediately.  

What flours do you use?

We use millet, sorghum, tapioca starch, potato starch, and rice flour. We use different flours for each product. If you have a sensitivity to a certain flour, let us know and we can help guide you to the right product.

What type of sugar do you use?

Our main sweetener is evaporated cane sugar.
