All items are PERISHABLE. If you are sending a gift, please make sure recipient is there. We currently ship out TUESDAY through SATURDAY with priority mail or Fedex within the US. If you are ordering today, it may take 7 to 14 days to arrive due to the holiday rush. If you are in a hurry to get the product, please call us at (714)968-9169 during our business hours (pacific time). We may be able to expedite the package at an additional cost.
NO cancellations or changes once an order is processed. NO changes, NO cancelations, NO returns or refunds on cakes or shipped cakes, no exceptions. Wedding cake cancelations (at least 30 days before the wedding) result in the loss of a $100 non-refundable deposit. Please note that changes can not be made to cake orders once the order is processed. We take pride in our allergy-friendly desserts. If you are unhappy with an item (excluding cakes), immediately notify us (within 24 hours of receiving the product) and return the item to our bakery. We will give you store credit for the amount returned. If you need to ship it back to us, you must provide us with tracking information. We do not reimburse or refund shipping costs. If you want to sample our product before making a purchase you can order an Easy Cake.
We cannot be responsible for any shipping delays including weather-related delays. We also cannot be responsible for delivery delays or package returns if you provide an incorrect or incomplete recipient address. We can not be responsible for theft. Please be sure to include any company name, apartment number, or unit number in your address and contact us promptly if you must make any address changes to your order. If this is a gift, please notify your recipient so they know a perishable product is being shipped to them.
